When it comes to empowering imaging professionals to craft a beautifully appointed products, long-time photography industry executives, Josh Sieck, Tim Berwin and Christine Halblander wanted to be front and center. Artefact was created to give imaging professionals a competitive edge and a venue to showcase their work, which in many cases had not seen the light of day.

Josh Sieck | Chief Executive Officer & Founder
The CEO and Founder of Artefact, is a former commercial photographer, photo studio manager, and printing executive at one of the largest printers in the country. Josh saw growing needs and opportunities in the digital printing industry and his vision was to create a software application that would merge the latest printing technologies with cutting-edge digital imaging software – to meet current needs and address current challenges of photographers and labs. This vision is now called Artefact.

Tim Berwin | Chief Marketing Officer
Tim Berwin has spent his 23-year career working in print communications and advertising and feels a fundamental shift is coming in how we communicate in general and how images are used/printed. Tim’s technical expertise in print communications, coupled with his extensive knowledge of online environments and e-commerce, has landed him numerous management opportunities – team leader roles, business analyst positions, the most desired sales accounts (including the largest retailer in the world, Wal-Mart), and now, first time entrepreneur, just to name a few. Tim’s varied expertise make Artefact a marketing machine.

Christine Halblander | Chief Integration Officer
Christine Halblander, a 20-year print industry veteran, considers her biggest business accomplishment to be helping to create Artefact. Christine’s role within the organization is to understand the continually evolving needs of clients and employees, assess those needs as to merit or priority, and, in turn, transform those needs in to an opportunity for the business. Christine’s professional print industry experience includes roles in marketing, customer service, sales and consulting to the corporate and non-profit world. Christine is people-centric and intends to develop and cultivate relationships, as well as spearheading internal solutions that create stronger relationships with clients, employees and partners.
